Antivirus renewal prices: what you pay from year two
The big price on an antivirus page is almost always for the first year. The subscription then renews automatically — often at a much higher price. We collected both prices from the official pages.

How to avoid paying full price
1. Note the renewal date
Set a reminder a week before. That's when you decide whether to renew, change plan or switch product.
2. Turn off auto-renewal in your account
With most vendors, protection stays active until the end of the paid period even if you turn off auto-renewal. Check on the vendor's site where to do it.
3. Compare the cost over 2–3 years, not just the first year
